FAQ Updox with Practice Fusion

How To Add A Provider To The "Assign To" Field

Go to MENU
Click ADMIN
Click PRACTICE FUSION PROVIDERS
Check box by each Provider you would like to enable*
Click SAVE

*Enabling providers will change your monthly billing.  Please contact sales@updox.com for more details.


Import Error - Unable to Find Actions / No Actions

The "No Actions" error occurs during the import process when there is no PRN (Record number) on the patient's chart in Practice Fusion.
 
Open the chart in Practice Fusion
Click Profile
Click Generate (PRN)
Click Save
 
Then return to Updox and re-import the item.
