Adding or Removing a Template

To add or remove a template use the following steps:


To create a template use these steps:

1.      Select Admin from the top menu bar in Updox
2.      Choose Manage Templates
3.      Select New to begin
4.      Enter the title of your new template in the Title field  
5.      Enter the text of the template
6.      Be sure there is a check mark in the box labeled Active to enable use of the template
7.      Select Save to finish



To change a template to inactive follow these steps:

1.      Select Admin from the top menu bar in Updox
2.      Choose Manage Templates
3.      Select New to begin
4.      Enter the title of your new template in the Title field  
5.      Enter the text of the template
6.      Remove the check mark in the box labeled Active to change the status
         of the template to Inactive
7.      Select Save to finish
