User set up for Sign Off function for Greenway PrimeSUITE

This article outlines how to configure an Updox user to allow the Sign Off function when sending items into the patient chart within Greenway PrimeSUITE.

NOTE: To have the Admin option from the top menu bar in Updox you must be signed in using an Updox Username that has Administrative rights. 

To enable an Updox for Greenway PrimeSUITE user to sign off on items from within Updox follow these steps:
  1. Select Admin from the top menu bar in Updox
  2. Choose Manage Users
  3. Click the name of the user you wish to update the rights for
  4. To allow the user to sign off on items from within Updox select Signer (SIGNER) from the drop down for EHR User ID
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the window and click Save to save the changes.

If that user is currently signed into Updox they will need to sign out, completely exit the program, and then sign back in to see the changes reflected.
