If you need to update your existing credit card information just follow these steps:
NOTE: ***To have access to the function that allows you to update the credit card
on file for your account you must sign in using the Account Holder username/email address.***
If you are missing the Admin option from the top menu bar you are not
signed in using the Account Holder username/email address.
If you are missing the Billing Information option under the Admin option
you are not signed in using the Account Holder username/email address.
If you need to know what the Account Holder username/email address
is for your practice please speak to the person who set up the account for your practice.
1. Click on Admin from the top menu bar in Updox
2. Select Billing Information
3. Click the Update Credit Card button in the lower left of that window
4. Scroll down to fill out the needed information
5. Click Save to finish
