Step 1Update your Java program to the most recent available version (32bit).
To install the most recent version of Java visit www.java.com and use the big red download button. Be sure to use a 32bit version of your browser to install Java (not 64bit). (Note for Mac users: disregard bit information as you will have only one version available)
Step 2Step two is to remove older versions of Java from your computer (Recommended by Java. See http://www.java.com/en/download/faq/remove_olderversions.xml).

Step 3 (if needed)If your Updox Icon is missing from your desk top follow the steps here to replace it: Replacing Updox Desktop Icon.
